Product Specification
BrandInvidia

Adding a Invidia uppipe is a great way to add Horsepower, and protect your turbo. The Invidia uppipe for the WRX and STi is catless bolt-on replacement for you factory uppipe. This Invidia Up-Pipe is designed to produce strong mid to top-end power, and is a must when considering modifying your subbie. By removing the factory restrictive catalytic converter uppipe you eliminate the chances of a damaged catalytic converter breaking apart and destroying the turbo.

Invidia's uppipe is constructed from high quality stainless steel, and manufactured with a fully polished finish. Adding Invidia's uppipe will increase exhaust flow to the turbocharger, increase horsepower, and reduces turbo lag. There's a Built in EGT bung for the stock sensor, so there is no Check Engine Light (CEL) fix required. The Invidia uppipe bung could easily be plugged if you wish to remove the sensor (plug not included). Invidia uppipe will also mount up to any turbo that will mount to the stock up-pipe.

Invidia is known for their consistent quality and performance, and is designed to work best with an Invidia exhaust system. Only the 02-05 WRX have a pre-turbo catalyst, making a catless uppipe a major performance improvement. The 06-08 WRX and 04-09 STi do not have a cat in the uppipe, But the factory uppipe is corrugated, so an aftermarket uppipe is still a good modification.
